100 Outstanding Students Rejoicing Ramadhan with POTENSI

Pauh, 16 July – The association of adiministrative and professional service stafff (POTENSI) Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP) celebrated Ramadhan in a breaking fast event held at the Pauh Putra main campus.

Its president, Raja Shah Erman Raja Arifin said that the objective of this programme is to get closer and build rapport with the students. The students were also handed ‘duit raya’ as a symbolic gesture of Aidilfitri celebration.

“As an association of administrative and professional staff, this serves as an avenue where we can get together with the students and society as a whole.’

I believe this sort of program will spur the motivation and show the students that they are appreciated. Hopefully it will encourage them to continue doing well in their studies.

In addition the students will get the chance to know more about UniMAP as one of the best technical university in Malaysia as well as showing them a glimpse of university life.

At the same time POTENSI UniMAP also presented RM 1,000 to Palestine Peace fund.

The donation was handed by Raja Shah Erman to the Manager of Palestine Peace fund Perlis chapter, Mior Muhammad Zulfaiz Mior Mohd Zuber.

Also present at the event was the President of Association of PISKANITA UniMAP, Datin Noridah Yangman.
