52 UniMAP SUKSIS Trainees Received Inspector Training Completion Certificate, UKK Director Appointed Suksis Adjutant Officer

Tanjung Malim, 12 August – 52 out of 1,234 UniMAP Police Undergraduate Voluntary Corps (SUKSIS) trainees from all Public Universities attended the Passing Out Ceremony and the Presentation of SUKSIS Corps Inspector Certificate, today.

The certificate was awarded by the YDH Tan Sri Dato’ Inspector-General of Police at the ceremony which was held at Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI).

In addition, three UniMAP SUKSIS trainees also received their awards at the ceremony, namely Best Overall Trainee Insp/KS Tan Yow Sheng, Best Academic Trainee Insp/KS Nur Amirah Abu Hassan and Best External Trainee Insp/KS Ikmal Hakim Ab Kadir.

The UniMAP SUKSIS Corps trainees this session are those from the 2015 squad which successfully underwent various trainings held by the Royal Malaysian Police (PDRM) for three years, before they were qualified to receive the SUKSIS Corps Volunteer Police Inspector Certificates of Appointment.

Also present to witness the momentous occasion was UniMAP Vice Chancellor YDH ACP/KS Dato’ Prof. Dr. Zul Azhar Zahid Jamal who is the UniMAP SUKSIS Corps Commandant.

Previously, UniMAP Corporate Communication Unit (UKK) Director Mustaffa Ismail received the appointment as UniMAP SUKSIS Corps Adjutant Officer and holds the title of Deputy Superintendent of Police/AKS.

He received the appointment at the SUKSIS Corps Rank and Honorary Officer Appointment Certificate Ceremony, officiated by the PDRM Crime Prevention and Community Safety Department YDH CP Dato’ Sri Tajudin Md Isa at Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) Shah Alam 3rd August recently.
