Over 500 Students and Staff Members Attends Screening of Love, Supermoon.

Arau, 24 Oktober – Over 500 Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP) students and staff members attended the special screening of the romantic comedy film Love, Supermoon at Lecture Hall 1, Pauh Putra Campus.

The screening was jointly organised by the UniMAP Cultural and Recreational Unit (UKR) and the UniMAP Performing Arts and Creative Club (UPACC) with the collaboration of the production company Grand Brilliance Sdn. Bhd. (GBSB).

Director of UniMAP Cultural and Recreational Unit Mohd Izwan Izhar Haris said that he did not expect such an encouraging response from UniMAP students and staff members.

“I am excited by the reception given, and even GBSB did not expect the lecture hall to be packed with viewers.

“If given further opportunities by GBSB, insyaallah we will attempt to screen more such shows in the future,” he said when met after the screening.

Also present was Prof. Dr. Asiah Sarji, Director of Publication Unit, UniMAP.

Mohd Izwan further stated that he would like to thank GBSB for selecting UniMAP as the location of the Premiere Screening of the film.

“We were also fortuitous as the main stars Farid Kamil and Nadiya Nisaa, and the singer of the Love, Supermoon theme song Yuka Kharisma also attended the showing and met with their fans,” he said.

After the UniMAP screening, GBSB continued their promotional tour to Aman Sentral, Alor Setar and Amanjaya Mall, Sungai Petani.
