UniMAP Appreciates its Staff Services

PAUH PUTRA, November 26 - Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP) appraised more than 500 staff in an Appreciation Ceremony held at Dewan Ilmu, UniMAP Main Campus, Pauh Putra, last night.

The Appreciation Ceremony was held in honor of all the secretariats and officers of the UniMAP 10th Convocation Ceremony, UniMAP Convocation Festival, Malaysia Inter-University Staff Athletes and UniMAP IPT Golf Tournament as well as Secretariat and officers of Orientation Week recently.

UniMAP Vice-Chancellor, Brig. Jen. Datuk Prof. Emeritus Dr. Kamarudin Hussin said, he believed the organization of this appreciation ceremony will be able to improve the morale and motivation of UniMAP staff to continue to give the best for the university.

 "Deliberately we organize the event today because we want all the hard work given is appreciated by the top management.

"It is true, work should be sincere and should not expect a repayment, but as human beings, we must have the nature of appreciating others help,” he said at that ceremony last night.

Also present were UniMAP Deputy Vice Chancellor of Academic and International, Dato 'Prof. Dr. Zul Azhar Zahid Jamal and UniMAP Deputy Vice Chancellor of Student Affairs and Alumni, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mohd Fo'ad Sakdan.

Datuk Kamarudin said, yet again, happiness is a positive aura that will be beneficial to all mankind, it will indirectly improve the competitiveness of UniMAP staff to jointly compete and fight to enhance and dignify not only your name, but UniMAP itself.

"I am grateful that all UniMAP staff have high morale and are always working hard to raise the name of this university.

"All successes that we have achieved so far is the result of continuous effort of all UniMAP staff," he said.
