Learn From The Disciplined, Civilised Japanese Culture - Raja Muda Of Perlis

TOKYO, April 2 (Bernama) -- The Raja Muda of Perlis, Tuanku Syed Putra Faizuddin Putra Jamalullail urged Malaysian students in Japan to take full advantage while studying in the country and to learn from the disciplined and civilised Japanese culture.
According to him, Japan is a high-income developed nation with low crime rate and a safe place to visit, where the people were always punctual, innovative, loyal, dedicated, courteous and respectful towards guests.
"We should emulate Japan's success and practise whatever is suitable for us to help Malaysia succeed," said Tuanku Syed Faizuddin at a ceremony to welcome five Tuanku Fauziah Foundation (YTF) sponsored students at Josai International University (JIU) here, today.
Tuanku Syed Faizuddin together with the Raja Puan Muda of Perlis Tuanku Hajjah Lailatul Shahreen Akashah Khalil, who is also YTF chairman, are in Japan at the invitation of JIU in conjunction with the enrolment of five YTF-sponsored students participating in a one-year Women Leadership programme at the university.
The students involved are Khuzaimah Ramli @ Lahman, 25, Nurul Najwa Halim, 23, Lim Xin Shi, 25, Nor Salihah Zaini, 24, and Nurul Afizan Yaakob, 24.
The Raja Muda also reminded the Malaysian community in Japan to respect the laws of the country in maintaining Malaysia's good name and image.
